Jenny James began her career as a performer at age 5 in the Philippines. Since then, Jenny has been singing, playing guitar and piano, making the finals in singing competitions like Voice of Davao, and fronting bands or appearing solo in entertainment hotspots in Canada and around the world. Career highlights include working with Juno Award Winner and Grammy Nominee Eddie Bullen, as well as involvement in the album “Urban Launching Pad” which was released in 2011, and the launch of her album Aspiring 2 B Me that same year. Jenny’s voice also graces several corporate jingles on television and radio.

Often described as a vocal chameleon, Jenny James delivers electrifying performances reminiscent of music’s greatest voices, while making the songs her own at the same time. Just a few of the names that come to mind are Rihanna, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Shakira and Beyonce – with a little Michael Jackson, Steve Perry and Maroon 5’s Adam Levine thrown into the mix as well. In fact, Jenny has the vocal chops to dazzle audiences with hits from virtually every popular musical genre, including Latin, R&B, Jazz, Rock and Alternative.

Jenny James is one busy girl, bringing her act to the countless venues including the Canadian National Exhibition, Yonge-Dundas Square, Scarborough Town Jazz Festival, University of Toronto, Rogers Cable TV, The OMNI Channel, GTA nightclubs as well as many 5-star hotels and casinos in North America and abroad.
